2020 Pierre Gasly Signed Race Used Austrian Grand Prix’s Scuderia AlphaTauri F1 Gloves
Alpinestars race-used gloves worn by young French Formula 1 rising star Pierre Gasly during the first two races of the 2020 Formula 1 season. Gasly would pilot Red Bull Racing’s second team, the newly named and liveried Scuderia AlphaTauri (formerly Scuderia Toro Rosso) Honda-powered AT01 machine.
The Austrian and Styrian Grands Prix were events rescheduled due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic and were to be the opening rounds of the 2020 Formula 1 World Championship. It would be the 34th running of the Austrian Grand Prix and a week later the very first running of the Styrian Grand Prix. Both races were held at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, thus making it the first time consecutive Grand Prix events were held at the same venue and using the same circuit layout.
These well used white Biotech gloves have the blue Alpha Tauri logo lettering on the right glove and an image of a Casio Tachymeter watch (Casio is one of Gasly’s sponsors) on the left glove. Both gloves have AlphaTauri.com lettering on the cuff edges and Alpinestars branding logos across the knuckles and index fingertips. The inner palms and fingers are in black with dark gray gripper fabric embossed to them. Alpinestars ‘One Vision, One Goal’ motto and the FIA standard labels are printed on the cuffs. Pierre Gasly has signed, dated, and race documented each glove from when they were last used.
