No one made F1 boots quite as famous as the hugely popular Australian driver, Daniel Ricciardo. Daniel introduced the "Shoey" podium tradition to F1, where he would pour champagne in his boot and drink from it during podium celebrations. Often encouraging the other two drivers on the podium to drink from it as well, and sometimes even the celebrity interviewers or team bosses. This tradition became a crowd favourite that was expected every time Ricciardo made it onto the podium.
