2017 Fernando Alonso Signed Race Used McLaren F1 Boots. Alonso is best known for his back-to-back World Drivers’ Championships with Renault in 2005 and 2006. He would win seven races in each of those Formula One seasons, for a total of 17 with the team. The Spaniard debuted in F1 in 2001 with Minardi, and would go on to score his first pole in his second race with Renault in 2003, in Malaysia. His first victory would then come in the Hungarian Grand Prix that same year, with his most recent win coming at his home race at Catalunya in 2013 for Scuderia Ferrari.
