2006 Jacques Villeneuve Signed Race Worn Bell HP3 BMW Sauber F1 Helmet

Race-used Bell HP3 helmet worn by former F1 and IndyCar Champion Jacques Villeneuve during his final season in Formula One in 2006, while driving for the BMW Sauber team.

Villeneuve competed in only twelve of the eighteen races during the season due to an injury he sustained at the German Grand Prix. This would end up being the last F1 race he would take part in.

The helmet has Villeneuve’s traditional paint scheme as seen throughout his successful racing career. The radio and HANS clips are still attached and the helmet shows light race wear. There are sponsor decals on the helmet from Petronas, Dell, O2, Intel, Credit Suisse and Newtown (a restaurant he owned in Montreal, named after his nickname from his IndyCar days). It also has a visor tear-off attached and Jacques Villeneuve has personally signed the visor in silver marker pen. It comes in its original Bell Helmets carrying bag with “J.V. 06-03” handwritten on the bag's Bell logo patch.

The helmet came from Jacques Villeneuve’s personal collection and comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.
