2003 Fernando Alonso Replica Mild Seven Renault F1 Helmet
This replica helmet mirrors the one worn by Spanish driver Fernando Alonso during the 2003 Formula 1 season with the Mild Seven Renault team.
In 2002, Flavio Briatore brought Alonso on board to test drive and collaborate with the engineering department. By 2003, he was promoted to race for the team, making headlines as he became the youngest driver to secure a pole position at the second race of the season, the Malaysian Grand Prix. Later that year, at the Hungarian Grand Prix, he broke Bruce McLaren’s long-standing record as the youngest Formula One race winner. Alonso achieved four podium finishes that year, finishing sixth overall in the World Drivers' Championship with 55 points.
Alonso currently races for Aston Martin in Formula One. He won the World Drivers' Championship in 2005 and 2006 with Renault and has also driven for McLaren, Ferrari, and Minardi. In endurance racing, he won the 24 Hours of Le Mans twice in 2018 and 2019 and clinched the FIA World Endurance Championship in 2018–19. Additionally, he won the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2019 with Wayne Taylor Racing.
