2001 Johnny Herbert Signed Test Used Arrows F1 Boots
Puma race boots worn by former Formula One and Sportscar driver Johnny Herbert, who is presently a media race pundit. The British driver had three F1 race wins and a Le Mans victory during his career. Herbert retired from full-time Formula One competitive driving at the end of the 2000 season. He wore these boots when he was employed by Arrows F1 team owner Tom Walkinshaw, to act as the team developmental/test driver for the upcoming 2001 season.
The Puma/Sparco high ankle, lace-up boots have the iconic Puma branding stripes on the sides and are in the orange & black colour of the Arrows team. Sparco patches are on the velcro ankle straps and Herbert’s abbreviated name ‘HERB’ has been written on the boots, which still have the FIA compliance labels attached.
Johnny Herbert has personally signed the right boot and they come with a full Certificate Of Authenticity.
