2000 Heinz-Harald Frentzen British GP Race Used Benson & Hedges Jordan F1 suit
Race-used OMP suit worn by Heinz-Herald Frenzten during the 2000 British Grand Prix while driving for the Benson & Hedges Jordan team.
In 2000 Frentzen managed two podiums, which were the best results for the team that season, a 3rd place in Brasil and another 3rd place in the US Grand Prix. He would also add 5 other top-ten finishes to place 9th in the overall F1 Drivers' Championship. The previous year Frentzen had finished 3rd in the Drivers' Championship, while taking two wins and three other podiums.
In the 2000 British Grand Prix Frentzen qualified second, ran a great race and was even leading the race at one point. After the second round of pitstops were completed he was running in a strong 4th place position when on lap 54 his transmission let him down. His teammate, Ralf Schumacher, inherited 4th place from him and would go on to finish the race in that position.
