1997 Raul Boesel Patrick Racing IndyCar Helmet
Bell helmet painted for Brazilian driver Raul Boesel for use during the 1997 CART IndyCar series. Boesel was driving for the Pat Patrick Racing organization at the time, where he had a solid season with 4 top-five finishes including a podium.
This helmet is in brand new condition and was likely an un used extra “back up” helmet or sponsor gift. It is not race used. It has a wide red panel that wraps around the middle from sides to back and there's a light/dark gold square graphic design on the crown. On the upper front of the helmet there's a large Brahma Brazilian beer (Bosel’s sponsor at the time) decal. The visor also has a Brahma decal strip. There's also a Lacta sponsor decal on both the upper sides as well as Bosel’s name on both lower sides.
This is definitely a great looking helmet to add to your collection, and at a fraction of the price of a race used one.
The helmet comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.
