1996 Jacques Villeneuve Race Worn Williams Renault F1 Boots
A pair of original Sparco boots from Jacques Villeneuve's first season in F1. Villeneuve had a dramatic start to his F1 career qualifying on pole in his first F1 race in Australia. It was all going perfectly as the Canadian was leading the race but his car developed an oil leak so the team was concerned and told him to back off. This resulted him finishing the race in second place to his teammate Damon Hill. Villeneuve also managed to get first fastest lap that day too. What a start to his F1 career.
Villeneuve wasn't to be denied his first win for long as the fourth race saw him achieve that goal in the GP of Europe at the Nurburgring circuit.
Villeneuve had a great first season netting a total of 4 wins, 3 poles, 6 fastest laps and 11 podiums on his was to a solid second place just 19 points behind his much more experienced teammate Damon Hill.
This is a great opportunity to add these blue suede Sparco race boots, straight from Jacques Villeneuve's personal collection, to your collection.
