1993 Alain Prost World Championship Season Replica With Signed Race Used Visor F1 Helmet
This Arai helmet has been professionally painted into a beautiful replica of Alain Prost's 1993 Championship season winning helmet. A race-used visor has been fitted to it, which has been signed in bright pink marker pen by Prost and is dated '93. The helmet features Prost's iconic design, with title sponsor Sega/Sonic The Hedgehog featuring on the crown. The rest of the helmet has painted branding logos from Canon and Kickers on it, as well as each cheek featuring a yellow square with a removeable Camel logo decal on top, just as it would have been on his actual race helmet. This was done so the tobacco decal could be easily removed for non-tobacco sponsored races.
Alain Prost had a fantastic career in F1, winning the World Drivers' Championship a total 4 times, in 1985, 1986, 1989 and 1993 respectively. He drove in 199 races resulting in 51 wins, 106 podiums, 33 poles and 41 fastest laps.
This helmet is a great collectible to celebrate his legacy and comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.
