This front wing end-plate is from the Jordan 191 driven by seven-time World Champion Michael Schumacher in his Formula One debut with the Jordan-Ford team at the 1991 Belgian Grand Prix, driving car #32 as a replacement for the imprisoned Bertrand Gachot. Schumacher, still contracted as a Mercedes driver, was signed by team owner Eddie Jordan after Mercedes had paid Jordan $150,000 to have the young German make his debut. Schumacher was a revelation in his one and only race weekend for Jordan. Fast practice sessions and then qualifying in a superb seventh place on the grid (Jordan's joint-best ever at that time) Schumacher out-qualified teammate Andrea de Cesaris who was eleventh. However, the high did not last as the clutch failed within the first mile of the race forcing Schumacher to retire.

The lightweight carbon fiber piece is painted in the 7UP Jordan green. The part was bolted to the outside edge of the main left side front downforce aero wing to deflect air around the front wheel/tire. It has a 7UP Jordan Formula One Team decal applied to the outside which was applied after Spa when the car was used for display purposes.

This piece is a great memento and one which marks the beginning of the career of one of the greatest ever Formula One drivers.

The part comes with a full Certificate Of Authenticity.
