Paul Tracy was a 31 time race winner in open wheel IndyCar series and also the 2003 ChampCar Champion. The Canadian was in many fans eyes one of the most popular drivers of his era.
This very rare early helmet was worn by the Canadian driver in 1990 American Racing Series (later renamed Indy Lights), a season which is dominated scoring nine victories, seven poles and the series championship.
For the Vancouver round, Tracy's Landford Racing Team picked up a Fuji Film sponsorship and Paul would wear this one off design during that race weekend.
The Simpson Shark helmet has been hand signed by Tracy and comes with a Hall of Fame Collection Certificate of Authenticity
