We are proud to offer this original 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Indianapolis 500 Pace Car
It's had a full body-off concourse restoration using all original parts. The car was then taken back to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway after restoration where 1969 race winner Mario Andretti drove it at the track and had his signature added to the car's engine air cleaner cover. This is a California-built authentic Z11 Camaro SS 350 Pace Car, built the second week of March and is one of only 550 Pace Cars produced in the Van Nuys, California plant.
With matching numbers, gorgeous dove white paint with orange stripes, power convertible top with glass rear window, pristine deluxe orange hounds tooth interior and laser straight factory body panels, this piece of automotive history is as rare as they come.
The car also comes with a very rare U17 in-dash electric clock and tachometer, RS hideaway headlights, Z22 Rally Sport and Z27 Super Sport Package (RS/SS) and a ZL2 cowl induction hood.
