Purchases If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your First and Last name, full mailing address, phone number, email address and payment information. All items are advertised and sold "as is" as many of our products are not brand new and therefore may have minor defects and signs of use which may not appear clearly in the photographs. Many of the items are pre-owned and pre-used pieces of memorabilia and any requests for returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any returns approved by the H.O.F.C. will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs will need to be covered by the purchaser. Any and all discount codes must be applied during the checkout process. Requests for discounts after the checkout process will be subject to approval. This however will not guarantee that your request will accepted. All items will be shipped to the address entered upon checkout. Any requests for shipping address to be changed, can be sent to shipping@racinghalloffamecollection.com However please note, due to our shipping process, the request for change of address can not be guaranteed. All losses or damages during shipping are covered by the courier company's insurance and at their discretion. Hall of Fame Collection assumes no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages during shipping. We will endeavour to assist where we can with the courier and the buyer in reaching an insurance settlement.
