Ron Burton Mario Andretti JPS Lotus 79 Original Artwork

Original oil on canvas artwork, from famed Indianapolis Motorsport artist Ron Burton. This vivid palette knife style image depicts a side on view of Mario Andretti’s black and gold Lotus 78, John Player Special, after one of his five victories during his 1987 World Championship winning year. It shows the car coasting past jubilant colorful spectators by the side of the track in its background.

Image is signed in red by Ron Burton. Size is 41 inches (104cm) x 24 inches (60cm) and comes framed in a black gloss metal frame.

Currently on display at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum for the Mario Andretti Exhibit.
