2018 Marcus Ericsson Race Used Alfa Romeo Sauber Bell HP7 EVO II F1 Helmet
Stunning Bell HP7 EVO ll helmet race-used by Swedish driver Marcus Ericsson. The helmet was worn by Ericsson for one season while driving for the Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 team in 2018. The Bahrain Grand Prix saw Ericsson finish in ninth position, scoring his first points since 2015. He would then score further points at the Austrian, German, Belgian, USA and Mexican races.
This eye-catching helmet, painted by Mikovic Designs, is in the blue & yellow colors of Sweden's flag, Ericsson’s home nation. It has a graphic band design around the helmet that crosses over the top where Ericsson’s race #9 can be seen. On the back of the helmet is the 'Tre Kronor' (Three Crowns) symbol, Sweden’s national emblem. A white band around the top has Silanna Advanced Technologies sponsor decals within it, and on the front top is an Alfa Romeo roundel emblem. Sponsor decals for Bauhaus are found on either side of the helmet as well. It comes as last used with the usual race grime and chips still on the helmet. The visor has a Carrera Eyewear sun strip and the tear-offs are still attached. It still has its race fittings in place, including air deflectors on the chin and rear, all vent covers and HANS anchor posts. The interior is in Ericsson’s favored turquoise color.
